Getting Started

Inventory Pro Mobile runs in a browser on any phone, tablet, or barcode scanner. Use it for receiving, issuing, moving stock, picking orders, and cycle counting without leaving the warehouse floor.

Quick Start

Open the app and log in.
Select your warehouse if prompted.
Tap a menu category to begin working.
Check Pending TX if you think a transaction may not have saved.

Opening the App

Navigate to your site’s mobile address, typically something like yoursite.com/InventoryPro/Mobile/. Bookmark it on your device for quick access.

Logging In

Enter your username and password and tap Login. If your session is still active from a previous visit, the app can open directly to the main menu.

If warehouse selection is required, you will land on Warehouse Selector before reaching the menu:

Type in the Filter box to narrow the list.
Choose a warehouse from the dropdown.
Tap Scan to select a warehouse by barcode.
Tap Go to continue.

You can change your active warehouse at any time from the right-side panel.

The Header Bar

Every screen shows a persistent header. On the main menu, the left button opens Settings and the right button opens the context panel. On task pages, the left button usually navigates back.

The header also shows the current page title and warehouse state. Use the Warehouse link in the context panel to switch warehouses without going back through login.

Swipe from the right edge or tap the panel icon to open the context panel from any screen.

The main menu groups tasks by area. Tap a category to expand it. Items you do not have permission for are not shown.

Note: The Deliveries menu currently shows Search Delivieries in the live UI.

Offline Behavior

Some transactions can queue locally if connectivity is interrupted, depending on your configuration. Check Pending TX in the context panel to review anything waiting to be sent. Full offline behavior varies by setup, so confirm site-specific expectations with your administrator.

Settings

The Settings screen includes Test Signature, Reset Cache, and Clear Transactions. See Utilities & Settings for the maintenance details.

What Mobile Does Not Cover

User administration, permissions, admin options, screen format configuration, and barcode setup are managed from the Inventory Pro desktop. See Administration and Barcode Scanning for those tasks.
