Number of concurrent user(s) / PCs running the application simultaneously
Inventory Pro version (SQL Server or Access backend database)
Special support and maintenance contract requirements
Customizations
Data import from legacy system (Excel or proprietary database)
Training
Installation
Consulting
On site visit requirements
System Security requirements
Server Configuration
Hardware costs (barcode readers, printers, servers, PCs, Wireless-RF)

If you would like, lease financing of our Inventory Pro products is also available through many third party leasing companies. This keeps your capital investment down and spreads your payments over a 3, 4 or 5 year term. There are also tax incentives that the leasing company can explain in more detail.
