IPOL allows for customized alerts and notifications that can be set up throughout the system.
Alerts can be set up to automatically send notifications when an order is created, shipped, or canceled for example. Alerts can also be set to trigger on any Save, Add, or Delete action in the system and custom alerts can be added upon request.
Our alerts can function in a few ways, We can either send out emails to any linked addresses on a given record, or we can generate a browser notification which you will see upon your next use of IPOL or Mobile. And we can also enable both instances at the same time.
