Inventory Pro allows for a variety of alerts, notifications, and automated reports that can be utilized throughout our system.
Alerts can be set up to automatically send notifications when an order is created, shipped, or canceled for example. Alerts can also be set to trigger on any Save, Add, Copy or Delete action in the system. Alongside a number of specialty alerts such as low stock, backorder fulfilled, and more. Custom alerts can also be created for other use cases.
Our alerts can function in a few ways, We can either send out emails to any linked email addresses on a given record, or we can generate a browser notification which you will see upon your next use of Inventory Pro Online or Mobile. And we can also enable both methods at the same time.
