Asset Tracking

Flexible utilities used by our clients to track a variety of equipment, tools, vehicles, computers, and more. We support Tangible and Intangible assets with various features to track usage, depreciation, warranty data, revisions, and more.

We support barcoding / labeling assets, serial number tracking, RFID tracking, Geo Tagging and more.
*Geo-Tagging is a non-standard feature requires adaptation for client use cases.

Alerts, Checkout, Requisitions

Inventory Pro offers automated alerts for maintenance, usage, and other activity. We also have systems to checkout assets and assign to employees, whether or not they are active Inventory Pro users.

Users can Request equipment, upgrades, software, and more. These processes can be tied to approval chains and budgeting for employees or locations.

Attributes

Classification, Custom Fields, and a variety of default data points for Vehicles, Computers, and Machinery. Also as with most modules in Inventory Pro, we support Image and Document uploads for Asset data and Folders for categorization.

Depreciation

Depreciation is an accounting method of allocating the cost of an asset over its life expectancy. Depreciation is used to calculate how much of an asset’s value has been used up during its time in operation. Inventory Pro has several standard asset depreciation formulas to calculate these depreciation values.

Maintenance

Maintenance is the continuous process of improving the availability, safety, reliability, and longevity of physical assets. We allow for tracking any maintenance with a log of all historical changes to a given asset. We also have a certification and inspection system to allow further scheduling and evaluation of assets to help automate processes.
