Security settings in Inventory Pro control login lockouts, session timeouts, and password requirements. These settings are configured at the server level in the application configuration file — they are not adjustable through the Inventory Pro interface.
Contact your system administrator to review or change security setting values.

When accounts or network locations are locked out, a Super Admin can unlock them without waiting for the lockout window to expire.
To reset user lockouts:
Navigate to Utilities → Diagnostics and select Reset User Lockouts.
This clears all active login lockouts. Use this when a valid user has been blocked due to repeated failed attempts.
To view recent login failures:
Navigate to Utilities → Diagnostics and select View Login Activity.
To see which user accounts are currently locked out, go to System → Accounts → System Users and review accounts with a locked status.
