Multiple Counting Methods

Blind counts hide expected quantities from the counter, eliminating confirmation bias. Random sampling selects items statistically to give you confidence in overall accuracy without counting everything. All methods feed into the same inventory management audit trail.
Mobile Cycle Counting
Counters scan items directly from a phone or tablet using the built-in camera as a barcode scanner. No dedicated hardware purchase required. The mobile interface shows one item at a time in blind mode, or the full location contents in standard mode.

Variance Analysis and Approval
When a count comes back with a variance, the system compares it against thresholds you configure per category or per item. Small variances can auto-approve. Larger ones route to a supervisor who can approve the adjustment, reject it, or send the counter back for a recount.

Audit Trail
Every count, approval, rejection, and adjustment is recorded with user, timestamp, and reason. Receipts and issues post automatically.
