At CISS, we place an immense amount of importance on proper installation and training. We want our customers to get the most out of the application. This begins with setting up the system to meet your needs correctly and learning how to use it from the onset. Training and Installation are both optional services. We understand each business has different needs. So at CISS, we will custom tailor an implementation package that is just right for you.

If you would like to install the system yourself, we can help you over the phone and supply you with the instructions necessary. We also do many onsite installations. Dialing in to your server is another great method of installing and cutting down overhead.

If you would like to come to our facility for uninterrupted training, we will accommodate you. Or you might prefer a specialist come to your location. Our inventory specialist will assess your processes, apply them to the system, and make recommendations on utilizing the application. We use the train the trainer approach, the classroom environment, and even on the job training and we will help you decide which will benefit your users the most.
