We like to pursue a “Train the Trainer” approach to help establish a Key Operator on staff at each organization. This allows many basic questions to be handled internally and helps establish a consistent line of communication between CISS and each client. Generally, we only modify a system at the behest of a key operator or known entity at the client to avoid any sort of phishing attacks or unauthorized access or changes.
If you might prefer a specialist come to your location. Our inventory specialist will assess your processes, apply them to the system, and make recommendations on utilizing the application. We use the train the trainer approach, the classroom environment, and even on-the-job training and we will help you decide which will benefit your users the most.
Remote training sessions are conducted over video conference and screen-sharing. We cover the same material as on-site training -- system navigation, transaction workflows, reporting, and admin configuration -- tailored to your team's roles. Sessions are scheduled in blocks and can be spread across multiple days to fit your staff's availability. Some remote training and onboarding is included with each purchase.
